5.11 Specialist Jacket
The pinnacle of law enforcement duty outerwear, the Specialist Jacket brings the latest in outdoor clothing technology, new materials and construction methods to LE outerwear. The new triple-layered, laminated micro-polyester fabric is durable, waterproof/breathable and windproof. This material is welded and seam-sealed and offers our most waterproof construction ever. Traditional duty features like epaulets, a badge tab, waist-length cut, side zippers and front patch pockets make the Specialist an extraordinary duty jacket.
The Specialist features a removable, wind-resistant fleece liner with clean lines. It stays warm when wet, doesn’t absorb water and won’t pill. Nylon panels add durability and a knit collar and cuffs help keep the heat in and the wind out. Both the shell and the fleece include sleeve pockets. The Specialist Jacket comes with an ANSI/ISEA 207-2006 traffic vest – a $30 value – that can be stored in the rear pocket.
